i'm starting to build mine but i don't have any 1K1 resistors. will a 1K or a 1k2 work as a substitute?

I just finished this one. I like it but IMO it's nothing really special. I'm very fond of Dave Barber's designs but not that big a fan of this one. It sounds good but I did have to mod the tone control since it barely did anything. I replaced the 150K resistor with a 33K and it does work a lot...

a Hammond 1590B2 works well for me due to it having the same perimeter of a 1590B but is as deep as a 125B.
