Rosamp SLO50 Soldano Clone Clean Channel Issue

What you describe is how the amp behave. So everything is totally normal.

    PPCB Ocelot Octave

Could check it next, when I find time in my room to track. I'm not so happy with the results. On snare it's kinda cool, but on the kick I don't like it. :D

DEMO Face Melter batch (Steel Panther P Melter)

@Phoenix1313 There you go. https://forum.pedalpcb.com/threads/face-melter-p-melter-graphics.8226/page-3 In this thread should also a drill template. But if you want to use it, prepare, that you have to wire your pots.

    PPCB Ocelot Octave

@Feral Feline Made a quick demo with the Ocelot on my kick and snare. First you just hear the direct sound and then I push the octave 1 and then octave 2. For the bass drum I used a boundary mic and for the snare just a SM57. Snare top is always tracked with EQ and Compressor. No there fancy...

    PPCB Ocelot Octave

I play drums … so I just use the pedals for recording guitar, when someone hit up my little recoding studio. Today I just reamped a guitar DI in my 6505. But I used a reactive loadbox and IRs. So not tested it with a real cab and mics.

    PPCB Ocelot Octave

Maybe @Robert could chime in, because I've really no idea why Boss used GE diodes in there original build. But maybe they used it to get a softer clipping of the octaves and I think it was more common in the 80s.

Thank you so much ! Let me guess ... you told yourself to stop building pedals ?

    PPCB Ocelot Octave

I told myself not to built too many guitar pedals, cause I'm not a guitar player, but I couldn't resist. This is my Pedal PCB Ocelot Octave, cause last time I had a metal production and I thought it would sound much more aggressive to put a octaver in front of the amp. But I had none ... so...

Steddi, Go! - simple tube D.I.

Finished my Steddi Go! Tube DI. Bought a kit from Musikding and just changed some things, like the electrolytic capacitors, cause I don't like the quality that Musikding provides. The build was quite easy, just made a small mistake when soldering the connection from the left tube board to the...

Steddi, Go! - simple tube D.I.

Ordered my Kit from Musikding today. Just a quick question. A 9vdc 500mA power supply will work for this, or should I go higher, like for the Nobelium ?

    Das Musikding Die Rat

@Nesquick953 Sorry for the late response. I changed nothing with the circuit and also don't try anything else. I build this pedal for my guitarist and he wanted the original circuit.

Nobelium - tube bass preamp project

You noticed right. I already sell the nobelium to my friend and I noticed it while testing. It’s already changed.
