Why is there no official schematic for the Ibanez Sonic Distortion?

Seems like there is a schem available for almost everything Ibanez, and it makes sense that there aren't ones for some of the rarer pedals. But the Sonic Distortion is pretty widely available (maybe not as affordable as they once were, but still).
I've seen Dirk Hendrik's schematic, and apparently that is considered to be 'the one'.

Just curious why there isn't a service manual or official Maxon one out there - unless I'm missing something?
Long story short - since there is a 1590A layout for the TS-808 on Perf & PCB Effects Layouts, I was hoping to be able to tweak that (or come up with a new one) for a mini SD9.

This one?

Yes, that one.
Please take no offense, I'm well aware that PPCB, Aion and Madbean all offer SD9 clone boards.
My question is just about an official schematic not being available, seemingly anywhere.
Is there a particular site that collects the official schematics for guitar pedals? I see them pop up occasionally in isolated discussions.

It's ok - I've since picked up a Maxon SD9.
My query was based on the fact that I've seen multiple factory schematics and service manuals over the years for Ibanez pedals, even some relatively obscure/older ones. I just figured the same info would be easier/available for the SD9, as it was popular(ish) and weren't hard to find for good prices on the used market in the 90's and early 2000's.
