I just finished this puppy, went together perfectly without a single incident or problem. Thanks, @Robert!
So now I'm just beginning to explore the wide range of great tones it generates.
Tayda metallic candy red enclosure, my usual vinyl lettering, and 2 clear coats - to my eyes, it looks pretty damn sharp.

Thanks, I do too, they're from Synthcube / Small Bear Electronics. I wish I could find other colors, but they haven't been in stock for a while - so now I'm thinking of using my vinyl cutter to make circles of other colors to stick on regular Boss knobs.

Did you use the 1n4768 diodes that it says to in the build docs? I'm a little confused there as the silk screen on the PCb says 1v8 diode doesn't it?

Yes, I used a 1N4678 1.8V Zener Diode, it's rated as a 500 milliwatt Zener.
Hence the "1v8" marking on the PCB, it's similar notation to 4k7 for a 4.7 kiloohm resistor.

Hahaha, thanks for not telling me I was an idiot. I've been googling 1n4768 which is 9v1, not 1n4678!!!
