Ahem, not nuts about this OD but I managed to have some fun with it dialed balls out. But in reality, its fat, not very articulate and the tone stack is nasal. Hot player dude on YouTube made it sound convincing. The build is dead quiet, fun and easy. Thumbs up for that! Plenty of people like this one, so by all means build it. Sleeper Black home brew style for this one.

Forgot to mention: Tested on a VOX AC30. Will try through a Plexi and a hotrod JMP circuit tomorrow. I do know the VOX has a weirdish tonestack and OD's are really sensitive with it.

I love mine. It’s been my go to lately. I like the sound and it’s been sitting on my desk since it was the last drive I built a while ago, so there’s that.

I didn’t like the first time I tried it after building it. But that doesn’t mean I won’t like it later.

I think I give it another chance anytime @jimilee mentions it.

I liked it with the gain below 10 o clock this time.

Tried it again though a JMP 50w Plexi. My drummer said Ewww, WTF??? So there is my personal opinion. This amp really sounds good with the Fordoble, Glory Hole, Paragon or Pauper, TS or SD vaiants, Powder Blue. All faves.
