Orctave (PPCB Underminer)

Here is another Lord of the Rings inspired pedal. This one is an image of orcs from Ralph Bakshi’s Lord of the Rings animated movie from 1978. One of my favorite movies of all time. I think it’s going to air on AdultSwim on December 8th. The pedal is the PPCB underminer (Seppoku Sub-Octave synth). I built this circuit over a year ago but just got around to boxing it up last month. Great synthy fuzz circuit. Very similar sounds to the Flock but less options on this one. I meant to put the jacks on the top but got in a hurry and went into autopilot mode and put them on the wrong side . Oh well. I still love this one.

I just built this recently and it's a great pedal. I really don't think you can go wrong with any of their pedals.

Agreed, I have several other seppuko boards by DeFX and they all kick ass.
