Module8 not working - debug help

Built a Module8 pedal, all looks good, but I have no wet sound.
Mix and Vol pots are working, but when full wet there is no sound

I notice differences in product documentation and product image (diode orientation)
Some image in the attachments (removed the 10u capacitor connected to FV1 pin 3

Could someone help me with debug advices?

To be clear, you have dry signal with the effect engaged?
How's the 3.3v line?
Why did you remove C5?

The first thing you’re going to want to do is check all your components for correct value and orientation. Then you’re going to need to reflow all your solder joints so the solder flows through the board. Shouldn’t be able to see the whole pad on the top side. These two things usually fix 99% of problems.

yes, I have dry signal, the mix pot is working and the volume pot is working too.
tested voltage values to eprom, fv1 and tl014: 3.3v
I removed the cap because was slightly dent, I need to replace it, do you think this is the problem?
According to schematics should be connected to the mid reference pin of FV1

The TL074 should have 9V on pin #11 and 3.3V only on pins #3 & #12.

Connect the point in red to ground and see if you get a wet signal.

This will activate the internal FV-1 programs so we can eliminate the EEPROM as the problem.
