Creamery Compressor Troubleshooting

Finished building out three of the Creamery Compressors and they all perform differently. One works as I suspect it ought to. The other two have different control (pots) issues. In one, the Compression pot seems to do nothing, the Level (volume?) seems quite weak, and the Attack really kicks things up volume-wise. On the other odd one, the Attack doesn't work as well until it is nearly cranked.

All three have all the exact component values in their proper places & oriented correctly. Soldering is clean, no stray solder or shorts. Pots all measure as they should. Swapped the opamps out on the two oddballs - no change. The only thing I've yet to do is gather the voltages on the active components. Until then, hopefully someone can provide some hints.

Not saying you messed anything up, but this is a pretty classic claim for a troubleshooting thread with no pics that ends up having component errors. :ROFLMAO:

All pots are W100K and the off-board wiring is identical on all three finished pedals.
It's the middle board that seems to work as it should.
