Hum/Hiss with Low Tide (Shallow Water) after using for months

Hey everyone. I have a shallow water that i've been using for a while that now has this persistant hum/hiss out of nowhere. This is so much more of a complicated pedal than I've ever had to diagnose so i'm totally stumped where to start.

I'd imagine it's not and cold joints or bridges since it's worked for a while now.

Voltages on the the ICs seem normal.

So any idea what else could be causing noise like this.

I've attached an audio clip below. My guitar volume is at 0 so none of the noise is from single coils. Then i turn up the level control on the pedal and the noise gets louder, then i click it into bypass to show that the base signal is quiet.

Thanks!

I would definitely start by poking wires to see if something has gotten loose. I don't think I've had it happen after a month, but some cold solder joints have come loose after some time. Or rather, maybe they were already loose but were still making contact. However, it's usually intermittent in those cases.

Another idea is environmental causes, did anything change recently? New fluorescent lighting installed, maybe? Well, probably not, but something like that could cause more noise to suddenly appear.

I'll poke around wires and maybe do some reflows. As far as time frame it's been probably almost a year since i built it. No new lighting or environmental stuff as i can tell. I've tried it at both mine and my partner's place and with 4 different power supplies.
