    Madbean Current Lover (Electric Mistress)

Looks great! I'm surprised no one has used the name Easy Lover for this one. :P

    Tantalum vs Electrolytic?

Yeah, I've read about how tantalums don't sound as good as electrolytics...but in my experience I have yet to hear any real difference. I use them for two main reasons: 1) They're usually smaller and easier to fit in tight areas. 2) They have the potential of lasting longer than an equivalent...

    L5 Preamp Build

I can't bring myself to build one of these. It looks to be a super awesome pedal. I did build a standard IVP pedal (the distortion part of this pedal with simplified EQ). Very original sound for sure.

    My first fuzz! PedalPCB Marigold

Nice job! Very clean and well thought out build. :D

    PedalPCB Electrovibe Mini

Nice build! I aligned my LDR’s to point at my bulb. Is it recommended to point them more up like yours? Also, how did you match the LDR’s?

MDMA & Viceroy: Dog & Butterfly?

Oh good lord. Might be something else that needs punching. 🤔😜😂

MDMA & Viceroy: Dog & Butterfly?

I really like AmplifyFun. Great experience so far. Plus, I don’t have to jack with punching out the white layer.

    Pcbguitarmania vu-tron

Thankfully, I got the Kherson Klon for free. Even then, my build was jacked right after building it. Something with the buffer. So,yeah, I steer clear of them.

MDMA & Viceroy: Dog & Butterfly?

I think so. Ended up reworking the graphics. Didn’t need to punch the white through since I was sending it to AmplifyFun. 🤪

MDMA & Viceroy: Dog & Butterfly?

Two more I finished a few weeks back. These were more experimental than anything. The Boneyard Edition PCB's are intriguing and wanted to see what the Viceroy was like. I've also been playing with various Dumble pedals so the MDMA was an obvious choice. The MDMA is a bit of a strange bird. It's...

Boss OC-2 Clone - PedalPCB Ocelot Octave

Nice build! I couldn't bring myself to build one. Wanted an octave pedal...but didn't want the -2 octave part. Ended up just buying a Foxrox Octron3. Really great pedal! Maybe not as cool and personal as this one...but it does the job for me. :D

Cleaver Boost build - (and a Friday morning dose of humility...)

Those are some funky jacks! Never seen any like that. :P

Achilles Overdrive: Out with the old...

Yeah, but in the usual conflicted way. Flexibilit…but with restrictions. 🤪

    Gnat Fuzz

Yup...everything is a derivative of a derivative of yet another derivative. :P

Achilles Overdrive: Out with the old...

So I've built a few dual overdrives: a Paragon and a Pro-10 green/blue combo. Both have their perks and sound really good. But after thinking about it, I really came to the conclusion that having separate pedals made more sense to me. I like the Protein...but really wish the Green channel had a...

    Shallow Water

I think I mentioned this on another post...but I like this pedal. It's a strange one. I wasn't quite sure if I would like it but, after playing with it, I know it'll find it's way into a few projects. I think what it's good for is those semi-quiet tracks, clean or acoustic tracks, where you want...

    Gnat Fuzz

Actually, the Buzzaround is closer to a Tone Bender than a Fuzz Face. Great fuzz though. I've got a pedal based on a Tone Bender. They're both comparable...but have their own qualities that make them quite different from one another.

Did you miss me? (Another Delegate compressor)

Ha! That graphic is crazy yet perfect all at the same time! :D

What do you use to paint enclosures?

I use Sharpies and then clear coat it with some clear semi-gloss spray. The semi-gloss is really only used to insure that the Sharpie doesn't get smudged off. Pretty effective. :D
