Fat General + Skeptical Buffer implementation question

In short you can't. The General has a standard JFET buffer, the EUNA is NOT A BUFFAH! a "unity gain amplifier" that uses 2 op amp stages to achieve what it does plus a power supply that first of all is totally wrong in the PPCB version would need to be adapted to the same supply as the General.

    Pestle Distortion

The bias is not for a jfet, just to be clear. Will build myself one of them once the order arrives.

    Srv mod to Lone King?

Maybe the 220n cap to ground after the clipping stage. Making that smaller or putting a resistor in parallel with the 1K that's usually there, you get a much less strong high cut which probably gives that sort of effect.

    Srv mod to Lone King?

TBH if you want less compression, I'd use diodes with higher forward voltage.

15v diode eliminated in new Simulcast?

It's a Zener diode that is/was there to protect the charge pump against too high voltages. As long as you don't plug in more than 9-12V (if using the LT1054), you're safe regardless.

    Srv mod to Lone King?

The classic SRV mod is usually to remove the coupling caps between the buffers and the op amp, increase input and output cap size plus give it a larger gain pot. As the King Tone TS already has no buffers at all the SRV could refer to anything so I'd argue just identify what you actually find...

    Space is Fun Reverb (Moonn)

The moonn one at least definitely works. I personally didn't love the build as it really darkens the dry signal though, but according to people who own the original that's not moonn's fault, just Death by Audio being hacks when it comes to circuit design.

Scenario Preamp... but simpler... and better

So, I'm no Chuck D. Bones around here so I kind of expect this to be mostly ignored, but anyway... Seeing the schematic of the Scenario Preamp, which is based on the Cornerstone Gladio SC... which is basically a Jan Ray with miniscule changes and a clean blend, I couldn't help but think that...

    Moonn Gold Gerät

Most over the top was the marketing for the Jive, which implied it's an Akai tape preamp, while actually it is a SHO with switchable clipping diodes, copied value for value including the pulldown resistor at the output and lack of power filtering (at least previously, not sure what's going on in...

    Champ Stamp "Highs" filter circuit

You could further mess with C3 and C5 to get more high end through but from my experience these electra style distortions are kinda one dimensional without a whole lot of depth including top end harmonics.

Stone Age Distortion What's with R8 and R9?

Looks like a remnant of some prototyping/breadboarding session. What bothers me much more is the R2/R3 voltage divider and R14 being needlessly huge, both being kinda shit for input and output impedance respectively.

Boss DS-1 (MIJ) build - transistor boost config vs selecting transistors?

That sounds like you failed successfully, as tight is not a word that should be associated with the DS-1 at all. You can reduce the boost level by messing with the 22R resistor off the emitter of Q2. Larger values will give you less gain.

SOLVED Pro10 Green Tone Sucking in Bypass?

Could be due to the "tip" parts of your jacks touching the enclosure. Unscrew them, take them out of the enclosure and test again.

    Favorite hard clipping overdrive?

For what sort of application? To be used with what sort of gear? Very different whether he wants something best for running into a clean or into an overdriven amp tbh.
