    SOLVED Paragon Mini no signal

Found the problem. An aluminum shaving got wedged in between the #2 breakout board and the footswitch, bridging these two lugs. It was soldered into place, but I was able to re-flow the solder and dislodge it with a sewing needle, miraculously without burning myself. Keep your workbench clean!

    SOLVED Paragon Mini no signal

No, just poor camera work. There's a good ~2mm clearance between anything conductive and the enclosure. I do have to occasionally sand down one edge of the wafer on these particular jacks, though.

    SOLVED Paragon Mini no signal

    SOLVED Paragon Mini no signal

I've built three identical Paragon Minis and this is the only one I have a problem with. I'm thinking I have a dead footswitch #2, but these things are a pain to desolder and I want a few more opinions first. When connected normally, I get no bypassed signal and no signal with either or both...

    SOLVED Sanguine Volume level

A dead TL072 caused this on one of my builds. But show pics first before you go checking pin voltages.

    Tyrian + Sanguine Dual Distortion

Couldn't decide between building the Tyrian and Sanguine distortion. Reviews of the original pedals online weren't helpful; everyone strongly preferred one or the other. In the spirit of neutrality, I decided to build both and put them in a 1590XX enclosure. I also wired in an order switch...

    The Creamery Compressor

Thanks! It's a clear decal on top of a painted enclosure. I make one decal with the same dimensions as the face of the enclosure and slide it right on top, then cut around the pot/switch holes before the decal dries with an xacto knife. Here's a pic before the decal was applied:

    The Creamery Compressor

Good morning everyone. I've been building pedals for a few months now and the info on this forum has been extremely helpful. I figured I'd quit lurking and start posting. I built this one for a friend who wanted a compressor pedal. Sourcing parts was fun, particularly the obsolete THAT2159 VCA...
