It just loses a bit of volume and drive. Its like the last 3% of the pot curve actually decreases a bit instead of continuing its upwards trajectory.

its a Hammond enclosure, maybe a 1590XX? Its whatever the build docs state. I dont have a drill template, I just printed the one that was in the build docs, but I enlarged it to the point it was an exact match to the actual PCB
