I have a GuitarPcb board that has a double throw 4 pole switch, that you could make that easily. Be happy to send you one, I probably have the switch here too.

If it's a straight shot I use header pins, small angle I use bus wire or clipped leads.

I haven't built the Pharmacist yet, but I have built a Conqueror Supreme which Is similar, I could do without the boost, you can always add an external one in your chain, and as noted above it's not the originals boost.

I would think most anything short of heavy distortion, most modulation should work, compression as well, doesn't hurt to experiment! You want to check out some off the charts Bluegrass, look up Billy Strings!
