Mine pushes out unity gain right between 11:00 and 12:00. Post a thread on the trouble-shooting section. I'm sure someone over there with more experience than I have could help you out. Make sure to include good pictures of the inside of the pedal as well as your solder joints.

Thanks! I went ahead and replaced both LEDs with the normal diffused ones. Much more pleased with the way these turned out and there's a nice balance of brightness for both of them. I added pics to the OP.

Yep that’s where I got them. So I’m guessing they’re orientated correctly here? Thank you! I’m using a prewired led from lovemyswitches.com . They already have a resistor included in them, so that’s why I jumped the 4.7k on the PCB. I don’t think I switched the pots but it’s worth a look in to.

I sanded up to wet 1500 and then I used a polishing wheel that I put in my drill press chuck. I don't have a buffer/polisher on my bench so I had to make do with what I had. I used this one here from harbor freight: https://www.harborfreight.com/5-piece-buffing-and-polishing-kit-67259.html

When I buy transistors off of TAYDA I usually just get the exact number of the type I need and socket them into the pcbs. For instance, if one of my builds calls for two B549C transistors, can I just buy two and plop them in, or do I need to order a few and test and match them?
