I've run into the same issue with high gain metal can BC108's on the same build.... Do you happen to have any BC108A's? Thats what I ended up finding with much lower HFE values and it pretty much stopped all the weird stuff

What would be your must haves? I know nothing about Bass. Our church uses some small sansamp / tech 21 bass fly rig pedal that has a few built in effects... If I were to build a small pedalboard for all the Bass players what would be a good selections of must haves for some phat clean tones for...

I have the same harbor freight unit as Robert posted.. owned it for the better part of 18 years.. I use a 3d printed 125b drilling template and spring loaded punch to mark my holes.... The drill press get them perfect compared to a bit walking on a hand drill.. I use harbor freight drill bits...

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you wanting to wire it as true bypass instead of buffered bypass?

The ones that had the privilege of having the good stuff all know that good acid doesn't come on blotter paper....:cool:.. I use to get mine in bottles of " sweet breathe" back in the day.. Contained literally hundreds of doses... So much you'd just dose anyone who was feeling like it because...

I had different intentions for this one though.. One of the guys I play with live like to come over when we are playing and hit one of my overdrives on when we are coming up to big parts..... I was going to mount this one off my board at the end of my signal chain and velcro it to the stage so...

bummer because it sounds great and its a good boost.

I'm going to clip the positive lead for the led and see if it's causing the pop..
