Is the diode in the wrong direction bottom right?

Any tips on components? Or anything odd about the build? This pedal is up next for me.

Where is a good place to get transformers now? Triad looks about done, and what I do see, the pricing has gone up a lot since I was working on amps.

Just a couple things from the images. I don't see much solider in the very top black diode. I see it in the bottom pic though. Might reflow? Second, is the switch physically shorting anything? It looks low in the picture but that just could be the angle of the picture?

Ditto, “replaced the red led's with 2u2 MLCC's”. What difference does this make?

Do you have any pictures of of the inside or the Accutronics Belton BTDR-3H ? Do you know the difference between the 2 and this 3 model?

Are there some better headers? I used the Tayda in the viib and they seemed a bit loose. Worked fine, but I would have liked a tighter fit. (No silly comments please)

Try an auto center punch then a single sized bit such as a 1/16th for every hole. Then work up to the correct size for each part.

Does the tone control do much? Cannot hear much of any change. Used 20k for both of the 25k pots due to only having them at the moment.

Tried a couple different relays. Both seem to work. Tayda item A-1169 and NEC Japan EA2-5SNJ.

Bumping this. The art within the BOM shows same direction also. Might want to update? Might be helpful also to note the 1uf caps need to be thin within the BOM.
