A bit of debugging with an audio probe has shown that the 100nf C3 is dead... C3 is directly over a pot of course so couldn't get to the solder side but I've managed to get it out and check continuity from the pads is still ok, and can solder a replacement in on the component side of the board...

Well spotted, but still no dry signal. IC3 isn't really in the dry path and everything else is working. Very disappointing :(
