I tried to say burned means they become faulty. For C10 I bridge it with a cable to R12 cause the pad on pcb was defected. Now there is no pitch noise. I checked the first channel it seems working fine. I will check other one and if it is ok I will box it again to test.

When I measure the continuity on the pcb, there are continuities but when I try to measure bottom of the pcb, I couldn't get any continuity. So I resoldered again the all ICs pins, both D15s on the pcb and under the pcb finally I can read voltages on pin 5 8.72v and pin 8 17.44v :) Now I will...

Below are my contact points to measure the continuity on the pcb directly. Am I doing something wrong?

Using DMM, if it beeps that means there is a continuity.

There is a continuity between Vcc and Pin 8 and also there is a continuity between Vb and Pin5 but the voltage readings are both 0v.

I just check the continuity without passing solders yet. There is a continuity between Vcc (after D15) and Pin 8 of IC1 and IC2 but there is no continuity between Pin 5 and Pin 8 thus Vcc.

What do you mean by Vcc? Do you mean IC3 pin 5 as -Vc on the schematic?

Thanks @giovanni I have already cleaned the board with IPA and a toothbrush apart the voltage part in the third picture and checked all the values. In any case I will repass the solder again all of them and share the result from here.
