These are power supply filtering. Lots of pedals use 100u from 9v to gnd and 47u from Vref to gnd, so that would probably be fine here

We have some at work. Branded Vessel - Armor Grip. They work great with JIS screws. Huge difference compared to when we were trying to use Phillips drivers with small JIS screws. Compared to Erik’s link… it look like the same set. Same grip shape, same price, just printed with English words.
