I'm getting a super awful ticking sound when I have the bias set at a normal level I've had this happen with 2 BC108 fuzzes now and I felt like I had to ask y'all for some help here... When I set the bias by ear to get the ticking to go away it's quite low and causes that starved spitting sound...

I'm super confused here... the build called for bipolar caps, are you thinkin polarized and bipolar mean the same thing? Bipolar means non polarized and means you need a more specific type of electrolytic capacitor

I didn't see it say bipolar anywhere on the page... I'm not super knowledgeable when it comes to parts nomenclature, but their picture still shows a negative side on the cap print. I know bipolar caps still have 2 different length legs, but I haven't come across any that still have a negative...

I couldn't find any that were bipolar... all I've been able to find are regular 0.1uf

I didn't think that it was 100u because c1 and c2 are both 100u and their footprint on the pcb showed a larger radius, but I suppose it could be a typo that carried over from the pcb? edit: I tried emailing deadendfx's contact email to no avail a few months ago back when I original got this pcb

I'm currently back to working on a Deadend FX build that's been on my desk for quite a while, it has lots of parts I've had trouble sourcing and one that has me scratching my head is this 100n 50v bipolar capacitor. Has anyone hear completed this build and if so where do you get this part...

My Germanium II Distortion doesn't seem to pass sound and I'm quite confused by it. If anyone sees anything obviously wrong I'm just missing please let me know. This is my first time using that buffer switch pcb on the footswitch, I tried to see if maybe I mounted it upside down?

It's kinda working! but there's some issues. I don't notice the effect unless I set it to dual lfo mode with the left footswitch. I have no idea with the rotary knobs do, but that might just be the pedal. it's a lovetone clone so it's kind of a weirdo effect lol. I know this isn't a pedalpcb...
