So the Ultraphonix is just a Zen drive with a pot deleted? Glad I didn't order one. I still need to troubleshoot my Symbolic build but everything is kind of on the back burner for a while.

Cool. I didn't realize that dual gang effectively doubled the value. I thought it must have been for some other functional reason. Would you just solder to one row on the PCB if using the single gang?

That sounds like the best solution rather than wasting time redoing leads or pulling sockets. Lesson learned for me. Might order a few of the different pins suggested here for next time.

It probably would have made more sense to do that. My first pedal using J201s was just soldered direct. I think the sockets would have been good for the normal JFETs but the clipped leads can be a bit variable in diameter unless you sort them with a bit more attention. Not sure if it will be...
