Thanks! Yea it's been fun messing around with different ways of decorating enclosures. Figuring out how to get the fabric to "wrap" was the most challenging part, but I think once you get that part down it makes it easier for it to look more cohesive.

Ah yea, I think that could be it. I initially tried with the closed frame jacks since technically they fit, but I think the fact that they're a little more blocky makes them tough to fit in the 1590bs specifically.

Oh weird. Yea I haven't had any issues with it so far. I just jammed it as far onto the enclosure as I could and it seemed to work just fine. What kind of jacks are you using?

Thank you! So I have the top jack only drill template, are you talking about that or the drill guide for the front of the enclosure too? I've only used the top jack a couple of times but so far I haven't had any issues with it being out of alignment with the in/out jacks or anything like that.

Thanks! Yea aside from the little snafu with the chips it's a fairly straightforward build. Requires a bit more calibrating than some other BBD based builds but it's relatively simple and sounds great when all is said and done.

Yea they feel like cousins in my mind (which makes sense). I like how this one feels almost a little more unpredictable in terms of how the sag function works, whereas the mini is a much more controlled kind of thing.
