I've read a lot of different ways to clean a board after assembly, from rubbing alcohol to dishsoap n water to wd40. I've been using 99% isopropyl w/ qtips toothbrush, a small spary bottle with iso. I feel like it never comes clean enough, and sometimes leaves a sticky residue. What do YOU use?

Looks good. May I suggest IC sockets for future builds? It makes troubleshooting easier, and some circuits can use different IC's in the same location so you could swap them out for slightly different tones.

Looks great, clean build, love the graphics esp "phase 73", nothing wrong here. Have you ever looked inside an 80's boss pedal? *Cringe* My GF has OCD. She says my builds look like a box of candies. She looked at the gut pic and said that is a very pretty box of candy.

Looks great! Socketing swapping parts is fun. It's good to take breaks, develop routines, less mistakes.

I'm in Canada. There are pcb manufacturers here, but mostly big business. I don't know of any that would do small runs of pedal fx, at least at less than or on par with the cost / shipping from jlcpcb / pcbway etc. I usually use jlcpcb to order diy boards that don't have a vendor, and am...

That's above my paygrade. If someone handed that to me and said have at it, no schematic, I would take the boards apart. Two double sided smd boards? Turn it into a project to work on between projects! Trace out a rough schematic, figure out the circuit blocks, try to get it running. But...
