I would verify all the resistor coding is correct, most you can't measure in circuit, you have to lift one side from the board.

Are you taking those in circuit? If so, that won't be accurate

You could use the thick double-sided tape and double or triple it up to get the height you need

Not where I can look at it just now, but I would add an additional white layer, or your white will have a gray tint. Edit: There may be an option to just print it twice been a while since I've done white on Black
