Also wanted to say thank you again to the couple peeps who got me some parts near the holidays.. This has allowed me to be able to do many builds for the next few months.

It's time to build an audio probe if your willing to do the work to trace the signal path... you will need an amp or practice amp and a signal tracer at minimum. You will connect signal tracer to amplifier and then the two leads of the signal tracer will act as your cable from effect to amp...

Your build looks pretty good.. soldering looks really good too. Can you double check and make sure all your electrolytic caps are the correct polarity vs what was marked on the pcb? It's hard to tell on a few of them for me.. mainly the right side I cannot make out all the way... Whine is...

Clear pictures of your build would be first advice... Another question is did you just plop transistors in without knowing what the HFE and leakage is for the germanium.
