So here’s is what my builds were looking like on the outside. Decal covered in envirotex. Etched it myself. A stomp ox part vinyl type sticker to protect the board from the lid.

Sounds like you might have a solder bridge, if those transistors are supposed to be missing. What’s the back look like?

Interesting. They probably exist, but I don’t know that I’ve ever heard a fuzz with OTA chips. I have some I’ve been trying to decide what to use them in.
