I am coming back to this thread to say that I have, after a long pedal building hiatus, built the Effects Layouts Prismatic with part subs to make it an XTS version. Seems to operate like the actual XTS one I borrowed last year. I will compare it to my BOSS GE7 but I am already pretty familiar...

This might be a rather obvious suggestion but the Aion Fx Amethyst is a Boss DM2, which is pretty basic and supposedly good. I keep wanting to build it even though I have 4 delay pedals, including a carbon copy:)

Thanks! I know this MIAB thing has been talked to death, but are you using the AC15 mainly with those? Are there certain ones for certain amps? I am interested in a MIAB to get my deluxe reverb to sound like a Marshall to take one amp to a gig/jam and have the 2 flavors of Fender and Marshall.

I ended up taking another look with the magnifying glass and found a couple of solder points that potentially were problematic, so I reflowed them, and with the circuit still out of the enclosure, plugged it in. It was getting a signal. Then it went back and forth between signal and no signal...
