    3PDT switch pop

Try a low ESR electrolytic or the highest value film cap you have.

    3PDT switch pop

Switch pop seems to gravitate towards circuits with larger output caps like this...

    3PDT switch pop

You should be shunting the input to ground, not the output. You're probably hearing that big 10uF charge/discharge with each switch cycle. EDIT: Nevermind, I see now that the bypass switching isn't actually part of your circuit and you've just drawn the 3PDT switching (I think?)...

LED in positive ground pedal with voltage inverter

If you're using a voltage inverter the 3PDT ground isn't positive. The voltage inverter generates a negative voltage to supply your circuit, as a result, ground (which is still 0V) is "more positive" than the negative supply your circuit is running on. You can wire it either way, but I would...

The correct orientation for the keyway slot in a 3PDT is...

Wouldn't have happened if the keyway was facing the right direction.... just sayin.

How dare you reference datasheets during an argument.

    Potentiometers

Could not agree more. I've been digging through the salvage boxes for the past 30 minutes trying to find a pot so I can verify this PCB......

    A BASIC QUESTION

Oh wow, yeah that's an old one, I need to update that. I'll try to get it updated today, in the meantime:

Protoboard - can I switch input and output?

The "Input" line (your circuit input) is grounded when the toggle switch is in bypass. You can reverse the input/output connections but you'll be grounding the output of your circuit in bypass, instead of the input as intended. In most cases that won't matter... unless you're building some...

Well That's One Way To Hide An IC

I do most of my tracing with the DMM, not visually, so it really doesn't matter if the traces are hidden or how many layers are inside. When all else fails and I just can't find a connection, I break this out and brush the board...

PedalPCB 3-Way Splitter - Line Level?

The Land Mixer has Line Level switches on each of the channels. They increase R3, R6, and R9 to 22K.

    Pendulun Tremolo - low volume

The printing on the top of the 100nF is upside down compared to all of your other box film caps. :) (Purely cosmetic, no electrical effect whatsoever)

Overcast Fuzz - Spirit in the Sky Fuzz

I have to say, the construction of these really left me disappointed compared to all of the photos of other pedals on the Circle Electric website. The stripboard in mine was held in place with hot glue and insulated from the enclosure with cork...

Overcast Fuzz - Spirit in the Sky Fuzz

I actually ended up with another one.... no shortage of goop there either.

    What's on the workbench?

Well I would, but they Sharpied over all the part numbers.... 🤦‍♂️

    What's on the workbench?

Sorry to disappoint, it's just more pedals.... Yep.

    What's on the workbench?

It is. I suppose this is the most unique of them.

    What's on the workbench?

Why thank you.... 1) I technically just "cleaned" the bench this morning 2) Perspective 3) All the shit I'm supposed to be working on is over there 👉
