I put the PCB's in Parts bags, Print the PDF of build doc and staple the bag to the doc and stack them in a box. The ones that don't have build doc's yet go in a separate box.

I think I have some of the same clothes drying racks, the one with the long handles is great for tall stuff!

Have you Biased the transistors? Solder is a mess, many of those joints look pretty cold.
