Tariffs are on goods, not services, but shipping prices have certainly increased lately. I can't speak for the slow boat option as my orders are always too big for the slow boat, but DHL is easily 2-3x what I was paying for it even just a year ago.

Can confirm, it sucks. I enjoy building the first prototype of every new design, and every pedal after that feels like a job. But on the bright side, I also spend so much time on it now that I don't have time for any actual hobbies. Or sleeping.

Nothing is jumping out at me from your pictures, but the LEDs are blinking usually indicates that your power supply is having trouble starting up because the pedal is trying to pull more current than it can provide. This usually means a short somewhere in the power rail.
