The paper template in the build doc is definitely off. I was annoyed at Kurt when I built my first one and the toggle location was wrong. Drilling my second one wrong is kinda on me though. 🤦‍♂️

Smallbear is cool and somewhat local to me, so I like to support them, but my assumption is that Tayda probably has a more tightly controlled supply chain than small bear. If I was building medical devices or weapons systems, I’d go Mouser all the way, but I trust Tayda plenty for pedal parts.

It does! I’m a little surprised it didn’t get more traction here, although it wasn’t linked to any viral marketing, deceptive ad copy, or price gouging controversy. Hard to compete when all the pedal has going for it is that it sounds good. :rolleyes:

I don't love when my DMM auto-offs itself, but given what 9v batteries go for these days, I'm not sure I'd disable the feature if I had the option.

The only resistor I can't see in your pic is R1 at lower left - should be 1m. Is the fourth band yellow? I didn't spot any errors in the ones I can see.

Ground on the pcb should be connected to the sleeve terminal on the jacks (the one with the angled corner). Guitar signal should go to the tip terminal. https://wiki.pedalpcb.com/wiki/Jacks

Double check the orientation of c18. Doesn't match the website image, but those aren't always a perfect match for the final pcbs.
