T W on the BB with Chuck and Gator: Hellbender/Pagebender Hybrid

I got it working! By the way, this is a balling pedal! I have played a lot of Tonebenders, and this one, is up there with the best. I like that it does not require finicky, germanium transistors. Great Job!

SOLVED Gator/Chuck's Hellbender- PCB issue (mids cut volume)

Well, I figured out my issues. When creating the PCB, I must have used a footprint that was not comparable to the BC459c's and the BS170. Once I flipped those three devices, it worked like a champ!

SOLVED Gator/Chuck's Hellbender- PCB issue (mids cut volume)

@Chuck D. Bones and @The Gator made a great option for the Hellbender, but I've had some trouble with my PCB. The pedal will work with my PCB, and tonally, it sounds like the Hellbender demos. However, when I reduce my mids, the volume will significantly drop. I've double checked the parts...

T W on the BB with Chuck and Gator: Hellbender/Pagebender Hybrid

Thanks. I thought something was off. I'll start a separate troubleshooting thread.

T W on the BB with Chuck and Gator: Hellbender/Pagebender Hybrid

Thanks for the schematic and work. I created a PCB of this circuit and wanted to check that my pedal was behaving correctly. Tonally, it sounds similar to the Hellbender. However, if I dial back to he mids, the volume will be reduced. As the mids, knob gets closer to 0, the volume will...

    Synchrony Pedalworks- Daphne Blue

https://stompboxparts.com/1590xx-enclosure/ Agreed. I need to do a demo of the pedal. It has been enjoyable to build and play.

    Synchrony Pedalworks- Daphne Blue

This is my first attempt at creating a more complicated PCB. The inspiration for the pedal was plentiful. My girls (and I) like the Band Camino. It is a pop band, but they do a good job. They have a song called Daphne Blue. The song begins with a simple chord progression, but the the magic...

    Lead Solder Overdrive.

@BuddytheReow So my pedal doesn’t squeal when dimed. However, I usually play through a clean amp, a Fender VibroChamp clone. I can obtain feedback, but it is controllable. Do you think the amp can make a difference?

    Lead Solder Overdrive.

@BuddytheReow I did not notice any squeals/oscilating with the gain knob dimed. However, I have not played it much. The presence was not dimed, so I will have to see if it squeals with that function is maximized.

Can the UV print gods of this site advise me please?

To add a white color to the color layer, there is a way to do it. I have picked the whitest swatch in the CMYK options, but avoid pure white, and used that in the color layer. The color is not pure white, but close enough. Tayda’s printers will be able to make that work. I hope that makes sense...

    Lead Solder Overdrive.

You all know this pedal. High gain and heavy hitting. I have only got to play a little with it, but I like it. The bass knob was less impactful that I hoped, but still good. I really like Tayda’s metallic black. It may be my favorite color that they make. The graphics are another good example of...

    MBP Kingmaker

How do you like the sound? This is one of the few flangers that I haven’t built (but want to). Great build!

    Playground Fuzz

The cost of the sticker can vary. You order per “gang,” which is the sheet of the sticker. The gang was 12 ins by 24 ins. To make it cost effective, you need to fill up the sheet with pedal art. I printed 2 stickers per pedal, because I did screw up the placement of one of them. I would estimate...

    Playground Fuzz

The color is a good one. It was from @StompBoxParts. It was a limited offering, but I would have them consider it for its regular rotation. The graphics were done with a UV printed sticker. It is very durable, cheaper and easier to create.

    Playground Fuzz

I am a sucker for Tonebenders, so I had to try this one. It will definitely go on the board. The treble/bass pot plays interestingly with the fuzz. As you increase the bass, it feels that the fuzz is less aggressive. I like that feature and the way that pot adjusts the treble and bass. At...

    PedalPCB Lemonade Overdrive

I don’t know specifically. However, if it is named for Led Zeppelin, there is a song called “Lemon Song.”
