You all know this pedal. High gain and heavy hitting. I have only got to play a little with it, but I like it. The bass knob was less impactful that I hoped, but still good. I really like Tayda’s metallic black. It may be my favorite color that they make. The graphics are another good example of a UV printed sticker.

Good stuff! I really like using it in the effects loop of my amp as a preamp. Noisy as hell but I guess that comes with the high-gain territory.

Do you notice the circuit squeals/oscillates when the knobs are dimed? Mine does that and is super frustrating and not making me box it up.

@BuddytheReow I did not notice any squeals/oscilating with the gain knob dimed. However, I have not played it much. The presence was not dimed, so I will have to see if it squeals with that function is maximized.

Yes, I bought a second one, they both do that. I’m curious, did you use all box caps? I used some mlcc.

@BuddytheReow So my pedal doesn’t squeal when dimed. However, I usually play through a clean amp, a Fender VibroChamp clone. I can obtain feedback, but it is controllable. Do you think the amp can make a difference?

mine didn’t. with all knobs cranked, no oscillation / no squeal.

It’s a clean amp. REALLY hoping that it just needs to be boxed up. Or coaxial cable as a last resort
