So, if you just want to not use a DC jack and use a battery I would just follow this diagram. I would still populate the CLR on the board and connect the LED to the board like normal.

Had to do it. This is a very clever idea. Very easy build. I went with the Green Russian and Triangle since I thought that might be some good differences. That's the one issue with most Muffs, is that they are not super drastic from one another. These 2 are just enough to tell the difference...

Also, I feel the new Marshall pedals just released are quite good. Especially the PPCB Article 59 Overdrive and PPCB Eight Ball Overdrive. They certainly do the Plexi thing. I will also echo others and say the Golden Falk Overdrive is really good. My favorite MIAB.

Yep, it would be the BAT41's. Although, I can't imagine it making that much of a difference since the BAT41's are usually used to emulate Ge diodes. The marketing is super vague though. Either way I would just recommend installing some sockets then trying different diodes. Edit: Circuit looks...

I think so.... Is that fully removing the diodes (octave) from the circuit? And from that, looks like it's break connection on the anode side of the diode?

So, im trying to figure out how to add the diode lift switch to this Octavia vero layout, Ala Fulltone Octafuzz. Can I leave the diodes on the board or should I take them offboard? Looks like the cathode of both diodes are going to lug 3 of the volume pot. Just unsure of how to wire the switch...
