It is a good but of gain combined. Inputs crossing outputs. If it was me, I would try each circuit independently. I'd also probably use shielded wire and or route all the wire away from the pcbs and the ins and outs away from each other. Crosstalk izabish.

That TDA looks less than convincing. Is there output at pins 8 and 12? Is the LFO functional? What opamp did you use for IC4? Not all opamps play nicely as an LFOs. Ask anyone who tried to use a 072 where an 062 was called for.

The triad datasheet shows some pretty significant roll off below 50Hz. In many cases this would be fine, but if yer bringing that doom, it may neuter the ass end a bit. But for a buffer splitter, why not just use an active buffer out with and isolated jack and the ground lifted? Non-inverting...

Search your local pawn shops for a fluke with a frequency counting function(Hz) and make sure the leads don't cut out when you jiggle them at the meter. And check the battery compartment. I have seen dozen of flukes in pawn shops that look brand new.

A map to midi with a learn function could be cool. Hook up one of those giant behringer midi foot controllers, load up a wah effect, hit "midi learn" or whatever, tap the wah position "pot" on the unit, wiggle one of the pedals, hit eave, now it's synced. Or, midi learn with advanced mode...

I can't find them at a glance it's the serated washer with 2 pins looking thing. Probably since the buffer is only mounted via the jacks... Gives it a little more security and rigidity so not all the flex is on the jack solder pads.
