Cracking demo! I love mine and I also noticed the Modulation knob doesn't do much until the end of the sweep. I try not to use delay. When I do it's slapback with a bit of warble. Is there a way to mod the circuit to reduce the delay time so it becomes a chorus?

My TC1 fails to read some transistors, sometimes it thinks they are diodes, sometimes resistors or caps :) But generally I don't worry because they're probably bad units. What can you do with an hFE of 13 anyway? But all those with gain between 60 and 90 I would just pop into a Rangemaster and...

I'm a mere buffoon, a soldermonkey, but here's what I know about leaky transistors: Q1 and Q3 in a Tone Bender MKI, as @Stickman393 said, or it won't work at all/sound bad. This circuit is supposed to be gated. Q2 in a Tone Bender MK1.5 so Q2c is at about 8V, otherwise it will just be a dark...

Well done! The enclosure and graphics remind me of so called Cassette Futurism. This pedal belongs next to a Radial JDI in every studio. Now play endless E power chords with it :)

I use a thin dish sponge the few times I do. Usually it's just the brass afro. The sponge cleans better.

Not really. But I have populated 20 boards and can't be bothered to order and drill the enclosures and turn them into pedals I'll never use.

The original Germanium Fuzzrite used a C pot for Depth. The blend is more natural that way.

Whoa that's a dark tone. The kind that disappears on stage :) Pretty strange that you couldn't get cleanup with non leaky transistors. You sure the voltages were in the ballpark? Low voltage and leakage usually gates and cleans up less (but sounds cool). I go as low as 3V on Q2c, like Eric...
