    Nothing wrong with that man!.. looks good. I take a paer towel... wet it and fold it down several times to a square and use the wet towel as a squeegee to work most bubbles out..... you have to find the right balance so it wont shift your graphic and make you start all over..lol

    Drill it where you want.. solder 2 wires to the pcb... use a length of heat shrink to keep it clean... viola!

    Tape really wont work... the solder and clipped end will poke through and ground out once you tighten it all down

    Sorry... your soldering does need a little work... one of your ic legs looks bridged to a resistor.... Could just be that flux is reflecting light.. you should probably clean the board well with 99% iso ....doesn't appear you have insulators on the back of your potentiometers either..

    any run of the mill GE Diodes from Stomp box parts would be fine if you have any and just want the mojo factor... the D9 series would be fine there for real germanium

    I'm definetly a metric guy since I've been in the woodworking business all my life.... We do everything in metric with drawings and measurements..
