What was the tremolo based on? I can dig out an old Guyatone Flip Tube Tremolo for you to trace if you’re interested. Haven’t played in a long time but I used to love it.

Yes, I should have mentioned it. The clone is just a little bit noisier, you can hear the noise at one end of the sweep when you aren’t playing. It isn’t too bad though.

You could also use an audio probe to see where the bad one goes bad compared to the good one.
