    zero's various pedal builds

Yeh I think in some pedals there's the space to use them and save 5-10c a cap over film, but I think 1-22nf is where they're okay, past 22nf you want to use film, but hey, I learned.

    zero's various pedal builds

Thought I'd make a thread for my builds, there's nothing that spectacular, maybe this is more just a thread for me to refer back to what I've done for myself. I get all my shit from tayda cuz im a cheapskate. Right to left PPCB Boneyard Delegate PPCB Uberdrive PPCB Sherwood PCBguitarmania...

    Omitting chargepump from Delegate Boneyard

I've actually already soldered 99% of it together before having this epiphany...was just waiting for a single capacitor I missed, so it'll actually be me desoldering 4 parts and doing the jumper haha. Thanks for the replies.

    Omitting chargepump from Delegate Boneyard

Hey guys, simple question, I'm pretty new and don't have any experience reading schematics, so a pedalpcb build that's basically solder by numbers works great. I have a spare 18v port on my power supply I'd like to use for the delegate boneyard if I could omit the chargepump... would I need to...

Did you get Tayda to drill? if so can you share your drill template? I have everything lined up except the shift switch.

4 Tap DC Converter/Isolator Mockup Pedal - Arriving Soon!

Fair enough. I'm reasonably new to this, I guess I was hoping that maybe there was another source for something like this IC, but if that's not the case then so be it, and I'll order from digikey/mouser. I got into it to save money AND because I like building things haha.

4 Tap DC Converter/Isolator Mockup Pedal - Arriving Soon!

Any chance PedalPCB is planning to stock those DC/DC converters for the USB Pedal Power board? Theyre not at Tayda, and I dont really want to have to make a single order from Mouser for one part - I'm in Australia as well so would rather buy from PPCB once - order some other stuff I want and not...

Box and All (tone job) treble/mids issue

Few interesting things I've just tried. Tried 9 & 18v- all good If I put it first in my chain, nearly no range in the dials, in fact, in front of the amp(supercrush) in any combination of my pedals (ditto looper, 4cable noise gate (Guptech Mwac)) and I get nearly nothing. If i put it in the...

Box and All (tone job) treble/mids issue

Not sure about the solder, its not labelled and is in Chinese of course. I've taken it apart, and have reflowed the resistors and capacitors in the upper right corner, and the pots now appear to be doing something, so I think from my side we can label this solved.

Box and All (tone job) treble/mids issue

This is genuinely my first pedal. I have a little soldering experience but nearly no electrical knowledge so please bear with me.
