Very clean build! Great work. I've bought a couple of the matte army green enclosures from Tayda recently. I think they look great even if you leave it without a faceplate.

Wow, I'm honestly humbled by this. I appreciate the kind words. Long live DIY.

CTRL FREQ - All-In-One Looper Pedal with Integrated Gate, Boost, EQ, Octave Up and ABY Out.

Thanks for checking it out! I appreciate the kind words. I totally agree that functional pedals are underrated. They're always the brains of the bunch and never the sexy ones!

    Super Big Muff

What a great idea! And I agree with @finebyfine, I'm going to have to steal this idea in the future. I'd love to hear a sample of those LP and HP filters if you ever get around to it. Excellent job!

    Overdrive

It's cliché, but I really like the Kliché Mini. It does for me exactly what you described in your post. I also agree with @jubal81, your guitar and amp setup will make a difference in what might work best for you.

CTRL FREQ - All-In-One Looper Pedal with Integrated Gate, Boost, EQ, Octave Up and ABY Out.

Every once in a while, I look over my shoulder and make sure it hasn't grown legs yet.

CTRL FREQ - All-In-One Looper Pedal with Integrated Gate, Boost, EQ, Octave Up and ABY Out.

Through the whole build process I was thinking to myself, "Is this thing just going to make things more complicated?" But it ended up working exactly as I wanted it to and makes it much easier to switch between effects. I especially like that it saved a lot of room on my pedal board by combining...

CTRL FREQ - All-In-One Looper Pedal with Integrated Gate, Boost, EQ, Octave Up and ABY Out.

I'll try to keep this brief and interesting, but no guarantees. I wanted a looper pedal that would also clean up my pedal board a bit. I thought it would be nice to integrate an ABY out, gate, EQ, boost and octave up so that I could remove those pedals from my board and free up some space. I...

This Pedal Has Wheels! Two Sticks of Derm in the Trunk.

I showed up to the consignment store and they were closed with a hand-written sign on the door saying "On vacation. Back August 11". On one hand, I love local shops and everyone needs a vacation. On the the other hand, no more cars til I can go back next weekend.

This Pedal Has Wheels! Two Sticks of Derm in the Trunk.

That's a brilliant idea! I'll look for a police car model at the consignment shop while I'm there. I needed another excuse to keep building pedals into random enclosures! :ROFLMAO:

This Pedal Has Wheels! Two Sticks of Derm in the Trunk.

Absolutely! I'll be going back to the consignment shop today. I can buy a few and then send some pictures to see what you might like. None of them were the same so I'm not sure what make and model I might find. Here are a few pictures of a second one I bought. I'm planning on installing a...

This Pedal Has Wheels! Two Sticks of Derm in the Trunk.

The consignment store has about 12 of them, so I'll probably make some more. I think most of the time that I spent on this build was installing the LED bezel on the front of the car. Tight space and really hard to tighten the nut on the inside. Everything else was a breeze (which always...

    Parthenon

Excellent job on this! I haven't built any pedals with relay switching yet. Might have to look into that after seeing your build. Thanks for sharing!

This Pedal Has Wheels! Two Sticks of Derm in the Trunk.

I went browsing through a local consignment shop with my daughter and stumbled across a couple of these metal car banks. Not sure what year they're from, but I instantly thought, "these could make great pedal enclosures!" At $4 a piece, they were a steal. The Two Sticks of Derm board fit...

GIMP is like building a thermo nuclear reactor in complexity

This might be overkill, but here is a quick video on how I use Gravit Designer just in case someone wants to try it. There's no sound, so if you're interested and want more info about how I did something in the video, just let me know.
