I think just for that pcb and associated parts with it plus shipping was $150-160 from memory, which I couldn’t justify at the time. I’ve heard great things about that circuit but I love my hydra so I’m not desperate for a new delay.

Yep it looks like your VREF is way off. Check the resistor values for R32 & 33. What voltage do you have on the + of C26 (22uf)?
