i just completed the pedal PCB Zapper (Systech Harmonic Energizer) and mounted it ina 1590B, after also building Aion effects version. They are very similar (sound almost exactly the same) although i personally think the Aion version sounds a little better albeit requires a larger 125B...

it's definitely a 1590B. i never measrued how tall it is.

Just completed this one, a Maestro Fuzztain clone using an EAE PCB from Oshpark. It's mounted in a 1590B with all top jacks with relayed true bypass. I had the original a little while ago and it sounds just like it. here's a pic of the orignal that i had:

yeah, it works well on bass. my only complaint is that it's a pretty noisy circuit (both the original and my clone have exactly the same amount).

I just finished this one in a textered black 1590B and compared it to my 1970's original and I'm pleased to say that it sounds EXACTLY like it, and it's tiny compared to it. here's some pics of it (and the last one side by side with the 70's unit. (BTW, the original is 9V battery power ONLY)...

i just finished a Satisfaction fuzz with a relayed true bypass. It's the one with just two controls Volume and Attack (fuzz). I also have the EHX Satisfaction plus verison which has Volume, Attack, Tone and Bias controls as well as a Fat/normal switch, but I just prefer all top jacks and elayed...
