    Sanford & Sonny Bluebeard

it's basically the GGG schematic, but has 9V (100-220uf) filtering, uses 2N5089 transistors, and has a tone bypass. i built mine using Sonny's layout and etched a PCB for it to make it as close to the original as possible. I also used Panasonic 100nf's for the coupling caps like the original too.

    Sanford & Sonny Bluebeard

I had an original S&S Bluebeard years ago but sold it so i was looking for another one to buy. after not finding one, i decided to make one of my own but in a smaller enclosure with a relayed true bypass. I call my version the "Blackbeard". I had requests to make some for others and Sanford and...

    Sunn Coliseum Bass Pedal

I've always been a huge fan of Sunn amps (mostly the tube models) and I've owned quite few Sunn Coliseums in the past and had another mint one about 8 years ago. Here's pic of it: IMO, it didn't really sound as good a I remembered, lacking low end, so I sold it. About 4 years ago I decided...

    Old but really cool build

to complete the entire head, i also made a 370 poweramp in pedal form that runs at line level,That way if i ran into a clean poweramp i could duplicate the whole head's tone:

    Old but really cool build

thanks! when i ran out of inductors i made a few large box versions with gyrators for the eq and they sound really good too. i also added an XLR out on them since i had room for it:

    Acer (Altero Kaede build)

thanks! i use the extra holes for stress relief on the wiring. and yes, there's a relayed true bypass under the main PCB.

    Acer (Altero Kaede build)

i was having problems with this one making no sound but it turns out that i had a defective NE5532 in my inventory. It works perfect and sounds great now. I used a 1590B2 for the enclosure. here's some pics of it:

Aion Perelandra Deluxe (Xotic BB Preamp Mid Boost)

after building both, IMO, the Perelandra deluxe sounds a ton better than the Perelandra.

    War Scythe: "Butcherbird Fuzz"

i etched my own pcbs and enclosure for one of those before anyone released a pcb for it and it came out pretty nice: a pre-fabbed PCB would have made it ALOT easier.

    Bombastortion #2

    yep.

    Bombastortion #2

i just finished my second build of the Bombastotion and i think that this one came out even better than the first one. I used ALL Wima film caps in this one. here's some pics of it: ..... and the gut shot:

    Xotic BB Deluxe Bass build

i used the bass mods from their Perelandra bass values. it's just a standard pedalpcb non latching bypass: https://www.pedalpcb.com/product/pcb393/

Elk Super Fuzz Sustainar (Japanese Big Muff clone)

it's not Muriatic acid. it's much less caustic. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002ELAMUG?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_5 i takes about 15 minutes to etch it that deep.
