I finally found the problem :) One of the resistor between R12 & R15 was fried. Replace all 4 for of them and now it's working perfectly. You where right there is plenty of volume after noon :) Thanks @MichaelW !

I measured, I swapped the pots and it's not it :( Problem is still there. I'll try to probe maybe.

Can I ask you a little question about the curve of the volume pot ? Mine seems to be slightly under Unity before 3 o'clock and then boost much after it. Is it a normal behaviour or did I made a mistake somewhere. I was thinking about replacing the Log Pot by a Lin. Thanks for your input.

Nice build ! I just build one myself. Something that I'm curious of : Do you get a volume boost after 3 o clock on the volume Knob ? My build seems to work ok goes much louder avec 3 on the volume.

Except that the switch used in the remote has to be momentary in this situation and not latching right ? Or maybe it doesn't matter ?
