Replace the time pot with a A100k and put a 220k resistor between lug 1 and 2 of the time pot. That will give you about 850-900ms instead of 600ms. It may get quite noisy with longer delay times though. Or if you love noise, forget about the 220k resistor, just use the A100k pot and embrace the...

The description makes me think the bass pot is the same as the VFE Merman (it was done before VFE, I remember reading about it on the fsb forums). Germanium/schokty diodes switch. Relay buffered bypass. Probably not necessary to trace one!

Yes I remember the modulation was still strong with the pot at zero. It was much more usable with my mods!

I remember using a 500k pot for modulation depth, and changing R8 to 1M. I just used a regulard tayda ldr and green led, and the modulation was perfect.
