‘Double sided’ plastic PCB standoff, does it exist?

Due to wanting my own layouts (for aesthetic reasons) and/or mods, I frequently off-board wire my pots.
Sometimes I just leave the board floating, but I’d like other options. Sadly nobody puts standoff holes in PCBs anymore 😢. I’ve tried at least one version of those edge-mount standoffs, but they were fiddly and seem to rely on not having any components real close to the PCB edge.
Does anyone make a standoff that just has the square pad on both sides (stick one side to the enclosure, stick the other to the back of the PCB)?

My crude rendering of regular and imaginary standoffs for illustrative purposes ;)

These are sort of it. Not adhesive on the post but a flat surface. You could use mounting tape on the back of the pcb for that bit.

A 3D printed custom standoff would be one solution here...
Easy to design with even the most basic CAD tool.
Together with 2 pieces of double-stick tape, you're set.

I’ll second the notion regarding standoff holes. Quite a few non standard enclosures I would like to use, and not many great options to secure the pcb.

You can still use the same stand off to hold the pcb without holes, you line things up right and they will “click” into place. Nylon M3 standoffs and hardware works well too IMG_1394.jpeg
