It reminds me of the beach where my parents live, all the expensive houses are right at the beach, overlooking the sand, and the "older" folks (my parents included) are on the hills. Every couple of years there is a bad storm and the lower areas get flooded and all the expensive houses become quicksand farms, prices drop, then a new batch of rich people come into the expensive houses at the beach..How's this for a backyard view? It's on our saved list, but way too pricey in reality.
