3PDT Schematic

Hi all - I'm trying to use EasyEDA to build an effect and am a bit stumped by the 3PDT stomp switches. I've grown SO accustomed to using @PedalPCB 's breakout boards that I've never learned how they actually ought to be wired up.

Does this look right?

I'm sending this effect to an order switch - that's why the SND and RTN values are listed as they are.
