A few Sproing Deluxe questions

Hello,
I am sourcing parts for the Sproing Deluxe. This is my first non-overdrive build and it looks a little more involved. There are no build documents listed so I’m going off the board itself. A few questions:

1. It lists I need a L78L05. I linked Tayda below, is this the correct part for that?

2. For the red LED inside the enclosure that interacts with the LDR, do I need a 3mm or 5mm LED?

Yes, and either (just make sure it's not a super-bright--the red 5mms at tayda are, so I'd probably use 3mm)

I did a couple of these. Pretty sure I used 3mm.
