After seeing some new components in the shop I decided to make this. It has some features I've been wanting to try:

-No sustain pot, just straight through
-C50K tone pot
-Resistor arrays for maximum build speed
-Russian npn transistors paired with germanium pnp to form Sziklai pairs in the clipping stages
-Those silicon pulse diodes from the shop
-The Tayda white hammer enclosure is very nice

I need some more time with it for final judgement, but it is definitely a big muff

I have some thoughts after some time

-I don't like the C50K, the sweet spot is now way to the left on the rotation
-for my taste these diodes are clipping too much
-it's my belief that the germaniums are tightening up the bottom end, maybe too much for me

I've built a 2nd one with silicon transistors and led diodes and it's better I think. I shall post it here when it's completed
